Healing Sound Bath

The purpose of our sound baths is to create a conscious experience where participants can come and take a break from their daily lives and put all their stressors and worries on the back burner for awhile. Not only is sound bath a relaxing way to find silence in a world where we are dominated by hustle culture, but there is a therapeutic side to sound therapy as well. Join us! $10 recommended donation

Meditation and other mindfulness practices have been shown to effectively reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and improve focus and reduce physical pain. This group is focused on a diverse range of meditative practices and is appropriate for all experience levels. All are welcome.
